No refunds are offered on discounted or promotional plans. To make sure our service is the right fit, we suggest trying our trial plan before signing up for a full plan.

If you cancel a full-price plan, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged on the remaining days. Refunds are processed the following week after you return your insulated bag and ice packs.

A AED 100 deposit is charged for the insulated delivery bags.

If the bag isn’t returned, the deposit will be lost.

Missing bags or ice packs will result in a AED 20 deduction each.

Refunds are transferred directly to your bank account. Please provide your full name, email, bank details, IBAN, and account number to complete the process.
